I explore how the world works and try to organize those principles. My purpose is not only to collect knowledge, but to share it and spread it to bring positive change.

I want to help people make their own choices, even in uncertain times.

• I guide people to find direction in uncertain situations.

1. Conversation and Insight

• Coffee chats / mentoring: asking questions and widening perspectives
• Writing / blogging: sharing ideas in simple words
• Talks / workshops: giving people space to shift how they think

2. Action and Experiment

• Side projects: building small tools or services that solve problems
• Prototype workshops: trying ideas quickly and getting feedback
• Community: connecting people and supporting shared learning

3. Environment and Support

• Safe spaces for open talk: small groups where people can share their stories
• Toolkits for problem solving: guides and resources people can use in real situations
• A lab-like space: an environment where it's okay to fail and try again
